Login to http://localhost:7001/console

To create a new domain

Start>All Programs>BEA Products>Tools>Configuration Wizard
Create a New WebLogic Domain

Generate a domain configured automatically

User Name weblogic
Password *******

I chose Development Mode Cuz I don't have an application yet
I suppose I could have installed "Workshop" along with WebLogic Server which has sample applications
You can choose Production Mode if you want, especially if you already have an application to run

This next section allows you to customize any settings neccessary, I left everything default
Later I will connect my instance to an Oracle Database
